]]> Last week we talked about how to be charismatic.  Today I want to give you some more hints about how to open the door to begin the conversation with anyone you meet.  The interesting thing is that by becoming really good at Being Friendly, you will discover how much friendlier everyone else is too!  And if people know, like and trust you, they will be more inclined to work more productively with you and have less conflict all around.  As usual, all the details are in the podcast!  (This is a good one, you don’t want to miss!) 1.  Smile

2.  Stick out your hand and introduce yourself.

3.  Lean towards the new person

4.  Look them in the eye

5.  Speak up
