Hi Britt.  I love the question.  I&#039;m going to have to think about the &quot;technical&quot; aspect of adding energy...there are so many ways.  Start with smiling and reaching out to the person you see.  Be interested in them.  Ask questions.  Be more focused on being interested than in being interesting.  Smile some more.  Laugh.  Find something to laugh about...I think I could go on and maybe even get a blog post out of it! ha.  Thanks for the question.  What do you think?
